I’m totally smitten with our new Nixon 7ft Charcoal pool table! The communication and help from Sawyer Twain has been top-notch. I placed my order during the pandemic, so I knew there might be some hiccups. The table arrived at the installer right on schedule, and the setup went off without a hitch. We did run into a little issue with the Wall Rack being either damaged or not put together right. I sent some photos to customer service, and Sawyer Twain quickly sent out a replacement. Gorgeous table and fantastic support in tough times!

We just got our Isaac Pool Table and I was super anxious about buying something so big online without checking it out first. The quality is really impressive and it looks fantastic. The customer support was always quick to respond and really helpful. Can’t wait for our shuffleboard table to arrive in a couple of weeks! Really grateful and I’d totally recommend it.

Had an awesome shopping journey, super happy with all aspects, especially the Customer Service team. They kept their word and ensured I was happy. The pool table looks stunning, is regulation size, and plays nicely. It showed up right on schedule and was set up by experts. Definitely recommend!

Shanta is awesome!! I inquired about getting 4 additional pub chairs without needing to buy a new pub table, and she confirmed they could make that happen (even though it was originally sold as a set - which I had already purchased)! She was super quick to reply and spot on with her estimates! The best part? Shipping was incredible - I placed my order on Saturday, 7/17/21, expecting it to take around 3 weeks, but when I got home today on 7/22/21, it was right there on my doorstep - UNBELIEVABLE!! Huge thanks to Shanta and Sawyer Twain!! I'm really enjoying this pub table and all the chairs that come with it!!

I placed an order for my pool table 15 weeks back, and I was informed over the phone that it would arrive in 7-9 weeks. Now, here we are at 15 weeks, and I haven't heard a peep about when it might show up. Like many others, I've been getting the runaround from both Shanta and Ryan. The excuses and the lack of any proactive updates are just unbelievable. I've even reached out to the manufacturer directly to check if Sawyer Twain ever put in the order. Seriously, steer clear of this company!

Sawyer Twain really nailed it with keeping us in the loop about the shipping hold-ups. Even though the delays were a bummer, we truly appreciated how friendly their crew was and how they made sure we had all the details we needed about our order. It’s totally understandable that things can get tough, especially during the holiday rush, but they handled everything like pros. Shanta provided top-tier service!

I'm updating my previous review. We placed an order for a pool table during the Black Friday sale, but they ended up canceling it because of a glitch on their site. After chatting with the director, they sorted it out and honored the deal. We picked them because of their solid reviews, so it was a bit disappointing when they first said they wouldn't honor it. Grateful they’re fixing the situation.

The support team was fantastic. The table I received is top-notch for what I paid. The three-piece slate is built solid. It was packed up really nicely. Just took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. Plus, the installation guide could use a couple more pages with detailed steps instead of just one page with images. That felt a bit cheap. Otherwise, I’d give it a full five stars.

Initially, we felt a bit anxious about purchasing a pool table from a company located out of state. However, Chris truly impressed us! The customer service was top-notch! We went for a pool table that also had a dining table feature. Their prices were unbeatable, no doubt about it. The team that handled the installation did a wonderful job. We got ourselves the Otis Pool Table with a dining top, in that tournament blue felt shade. Had a bunch of questions regarding the size, materials, and setup, and their crew was super quick to assist. The installers arrived right on schedule and were really nice. They leveled and adjusted the table perfectly, plus they cleaned up all the mess before heading out.

That blue felt against the dark wood is absolutely GORGEOUS, and the wood top slid right into place without a hitch. Seriously, it’s all about quality here! Great stuff all around!

We had the pleasure of working with Chris, the owner, and it was an awesome experience! Not only was he super friendly, but as someone in sales myself, I found him to be honest, funny, and his response time was lightning fast. Seriously, what other owner do you know who gives out their cell number for you to reach them anytime... even with a two-hour time difference? The quality is absolutely top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with our pool table and the service we received! We’d definitely choose Chris again and again!

I had some worries about getting a pool table from a non-local company, but it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Chris sent over some felt samples, which helped us feel good about our decision. The Vox table from Plank and Hide is just gorgeous. The installation crew was super friendly and did an awesome job! I definitely recommend Sawyer Twain.

I totally suggest grabbing whatever catches your eye from Sawyer Twain! I got myself an 8' barnwood-style pool table along with a 16' Venture shuffleboard table, and let me tell you, I'm over the moon. The quality is outstanding, the installation crew was fantastic, and Chris managed to pull this off from way across the country, even with most stuff being closed down. I'm really impressed and can't express enough positive vibes about this whole experience and the items.
